La Ventana Blanca

Esta ventana que solía abrir en las mañanas,

me daba la bienvenida al nuevo sol.

Y en las serenas noches oscuras y frías,

me maravillaba con pequeñas luces infinitas.

Era en esta inmensa ventana,

donde podía ver y sentir a la vez,

todos los dulces regalos de la vida,

que me dejaban con una sonrisa.

My age is made up of two digits where the second one is just the first one plus one

Yes, it's my birthday. Again.

And I can tell you that the first surprise I had for this birthday is that a white lizard almost fell on my head. I was in the kitchen drinking water when sudenly I felt something touched my hair. I looked down and the lizard fell on the kitchen sink. I didn't know if to drown it or what, so it escaped.

Mosquito bites

This is the biggest mosquito I have encountered in my room. It bit me just once.

Argentina won 4-1. Higuain scored a hat-trick!

I can't believe that they are still airing Los Picapiedras in channel 2 at noon. I used to watch it after school when I was little.

Knee

The apparatus that I have to wear so that I don't bend my knee. At least I can remove and wash my leg.

Update

Hmm let's see:

• The electricity went down yesterday for more than an hour in almost the whole country.
• Just had some senseless laughs with my sisters. They always crack me up.
• I am behind at answering emails, blogging and fulfilling some of my goals for the summer. But I keep adding things to do like bake a carrot cake and play the intro of Unintended by Muse with the guitar.
• My PS2 is not working as well as before.
• My knee is still swollen. I have to go to the doctor tomorrow.
• Marié Digby answered my question at her formspring!
• World Cup so far has been X (equis). I hope it gets better when Spain play :)

Ok time to go to sleep :) I been waking up late so I hven't been watching the World Cup matches that start at 5:00 am.

Sister's graduation

Yesterday was my little sister's graduation. She graduated with honors and she was also awarded the CAS award. I am so proud of her. And guess what? Her boyfriend was the valedictorian of the class! They totally rocked the class year. And this was the first time I went back to my old high school after 4 years. Yep. Last time I was there was for my own graduation.

Today is the party. I don't feel like watching underages drinking, smoking and dancing. I'll put my knee as an excuse to leave after eating ;)
