Thursdays without CAS are always good

This is a fact: Thursdays without CAS are the best days. Last year was Tuesday without CAS, where I got a free baked potato.

You know what happened to me today? Something really good. It was a problem I was struggling for weeks and there was a deadline to solve it. I did an array of a user-defined object!!!! I still remember calling this kind of array a myth, since it compiled without any bugs and afterwards when the program was about to use the array it stopped. That is called a runtime error. The teacher didn't even understand why that happened. I even looked the internet to learn how to do it, but it got me more confused. Then I looked in the java book (the IB one) and there was a program which used an object array. La misis was like "well, it must exist, here it shows". We traversed that program, but we couldn't understand it. Until I told her that I must copy that program and make it work, so I could know how it worked (that is how my programming mind works). Well, this day is memorable. But why would I want to use an object array for? For making a bill, duh! No more delays, I must finish the program this week.

Today is also a memorable day because I opened a pig's eye. I didn't like it because it wasn't green. Green eyes are the best. Well, Lorena and I squashed it, so it didn't work. That eye reminds me of Kill Bill Vol. 2. Then I went to the coffee cup at lunch, because of careers days and I got a frozen mocca. However, 12th grade wasn't invited to this careers day, but still we were able to explore the universities there. I got good information from Tec of Monterrey, which I may apply. But if I stay here, it would be la UCA (very last choice). I got other universities in the top of my list, which are not going to be revealed. I then got in the afternoon a latte to accelerate my speed in solving the array issue, which worked quite efficiently.

However, I didn't like the scribbles and drawings they made to my decoration's locker. I don't know who made them. Why is my locker decorated? Well, 12th grade came with the idea of a countdown to the end of classes. Therefore, the top lockers have each one a letter, spelling "COUNTDOWN". Below the top lockers, they have put a countdown from 30 to 1, each locker getting one number. We then cross out one number per day. I think they have crossed 28, therefore, there are only 27 days to leave school :S! The funny thing is that my classmates have written things in these decorations, which made fun of the locker owner. So my locker decoration holds the "u" from "countdown". But they have scribbled some fake-chinese characters, a Chinese face, the word "jeshica" and a bone (they are still bothering with the puppy email). There are all funny, maybe you should take a look sometime.

I may have a bad mock grade in all the call exam, including computers, but I will not do it in the final IB. That puts a lot of pressure on me. I still remember in IGCSE I got a D in geography mock but then got an A in the final one. Yay. I remembered how God accompanied me there. I finished writing the final geo exam, and when I was having a last minute look at it, there was a mistake. I quickly changed it.

I know understand what darkness is. God didn't create the darkness. The darkness is there because of the lack of light. Contrasts sometimes make us stronger. Embrace them. Fall on a thorn and then embrace your pillow. Bad analogy, but try to think of a better one.

This post is long due to its aim of trying to compensate the lost days without any posting. Penguins are great and cute. I want to see the movie "the march of the penguins".
